On August 25, 2023, the General Baptist Bible College (GBBC) celebrated “Buwan ng Wika” with an event that brought together students, faculty, and staff for a vibrant cultural showcase. Held at the GBBC Chapel, the program not only commemorated the importance of the Filipino language and culture but also highlighted the diverse talents within the college community.
The heart of the event was the Cultural Presentation, where students from different year levels showcased their talents and cultural heritage, paying homage to the rich traditions of the Philippines.
In addition to this, the Basic Education Department held a Poster-Slogan making contest, showcasing their artistic talents and promoting cultural diversity through creative expression.
