With a final score of 3-0 in favor of GBBC, the match was not only a testament to the team’s skill on the field but also to the bonds of friendship and sportsmanship that define their spirit.
On the same day, as the parents and teachers have been preparing for the Federation of Parents and Teachers Association (FPTA) Region XI Sportsfest, a friendly basketball game was also played at the Calasanz Gym.
GBBC’s PTA players played with smiles on their faces and a shared sense of enjoyment. As they raced up and down the court, their bond grew stronger with every play, reinforcing the spirit of unity that defines the GBBC team.
As the final buzzer sounded, signaling GBBC’s victory with a score of 84-72, the players celebrated not only their win but also the unforgettable moments they shared on the court. The following day, March 15, 2024, the General Baptist Bible College (GBBC) PTA volleyball women’s team emerged victorious in a riveting friendly game against Calasanz de Davao Academy.
Played amidst an atmosphere brimming with excitement and support from family and friends of the players, the game showcased the team’s resilience and unity, ultimately resulting in a well-deserved 3-1 win in favor of GBBC.
